Kia ora e te whānau, I would like to thank all our families for their support in what has been a very challenging day for the college. We have been made aware of five positive COVID-19 cases and we believe we have notified all those deemed both casual and close contacts. Please be aware that Mount Maunganui College has to continue to contact trace casual and close contacts until instructed otherwise. This will mean many families will receive multiple emails, please be patient and make sure that you read each email to check its relevance to your child. The team at Mount Maunganui College is working hard to keep our community safe and doing their best with the available information. There are many students currently isolating as a result of being deemed close contacts. These students and our confirmed cases will continue to be supported with classwork. If you have any concerns regarding this matter please your child's teacher directly and contact Renee Draffin at reneed@mmc.school.nz if you have any further questions regarding distance learning.
