Van Hieu, Le Duy Tan and Nguyen Thai Vinh Nguyen from Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education & Training along with Principal Lam Trieu Nghi from Nguyen Thuong Hien High School and Nguyen Minh from Tran Dai Nghia High School.
